Hello Dtube community how are you doing. My name is devthedoodler and I'm the very first and pioneer animator on Dtube. I make cartoons. Some people in the past have told me that my cartoons reminds them of the golden age of Newgrounds and YouTube animation. I started animating when I was 7 years old because I wanted to make cartoons and I watched cartoon network and boomerang and sometimes Nickelodeon all the time. I also remember that almost every year Pixar would release an animated film and they were always a treat to watch, I still watch them over again til this day. I was also inspired by internet animators. Which are OneyNG, Ricepirate,Egoraptor,ukinojoe,animatedjames and pivotsxxd. There's also an animator that I've looked up to before I've discovered all of these other animators. I've looked up to her for 6 years and that animator is lighten.

Alot of people in the youtube commnuity has said that " Comedic animation is dead on youtube" "Internet animation will never make a comeback" The thing is that most people tend to forget one quote which is that "History repeats itself". It's possible that comedy animation will make a comeback but this time on a diffrent platfrom which I belive will be Dtube. I like animation cause you can do whatever you want you just have to be patience
I got on steemit around a week ago and I'm so far really enjoying steemit and steemit's other owned and operated platfroms like Dtube Dsound and Dmania and there many more that I havent looked into yet. I'm extermely excited since this platform is revolutionary and ahead of it's time. The idea that you can make money ( cyprtocurrency) without advertisers or donations/contributions from people it blow's my mind.
How did I discover Steemit/Dtube?
I discovered it on a discord server where me and a few other like minded creative people. Were talking about alternative youtube options one found Dtube. So I decided to sgin up for a steemit account and here I am.
What are your goals for Steemit and Dtube?
My goal and has always been 3 things on the internet from greatest to least
1.Create funny cartoons and have fun
- Collab with people
- Entertain people with my cartoons
Anyway My very first cartoon on Dtube is a Super Mario Brothers Parody Titled Mario's Awakening and here's the link to watch the cartoon. Which was originally released in the fall of 2016.
