Let me use this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Ajayi Boluwatife, a fouth-year student of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta where I am studying Food, Science and Technology (FST). I love to read books, cook and eat. Well lemme leave the rest for later as we will get to know each other in time.
Before I go let me leave you with this health tip. Its all about green tea.

Green tea was initiated in China thousands of years ago where it was used to cure wounds, regulate body temperature, control bleeding and also enhance mental health.
During the reign of Emperor Shannon, a prominent man in Chinese history of Medicine and Agriculture in 2737 BC,this tea was first brewed during one of his travels.
Green tea is very unique in processing which makes it differ from other types of teas such as oolong and black teas. It's processing involves steaming of fresh Camellia sinesis leaves which is done one or two days of harvesting. The process of production do not involve fermentation making green tea one of the world's most nutritious drinks, which contains high amount of catechins(antioxidants).
Green tea in its unsweetened form contains no calorie and also the quantity of caffeine in this tea is little. Consumption of green tea on daily basis is good for advisable for good health. At least two to three cups of it should be consumed daily.
