Hey everyone! My name is Erik Jernlund and I guess if I was to describe "who" I am I would first state that I'm a Student in sport science in Sweden and also a Bodybuilder and a YouTuber.
I started my YouTube channel to help people with their fitness journey's & share my own about stepping on a bodybuilding stage I also find my nisch about I helping people by sharing my hardships dealing with mental health issues.
I try to put out at least 1-2 videos every week, about my fitness journey also full days of eating or recipe videos.
I suppose I should wrap it up, I've tried to be a vegan for 2 years but felt that it was not for me but I still eat vegan and vegetarian food so you could say I'm a flexitarian who eats mostly vegan and vegetarian but meat aswell. I've learnt a lot as I was vegan and thankful for the experience.
I like to create content to help those who are interested in fitness, bodybuilding & food aswell as mental health issues instead of focusing on people who aren't. I want to share a lot of that knowledge here as I see a niche for that in the coming years as Steemit develops!!
