Hello Hive bloggers, This is....., well the words people use to get my attention are 'Romaisa Alvi'.
My impermeable existence
I'm the kind of person who has always zoned out or gone into thinking mode whenever asked to introduce myself. Being a person who thinks a lot and does less, at the point where I am asked to introduce myself, I always end up wondering, Isn't life all about finding yourself, in the midst of discovering myself, where I am hardly grasping the true potential and reason of my existence, how can I possibly put into words just exactly who I am or what I am doing, or where I am in life right now.
But then again, you always find a way to mold feelings into tangible shapes, so I also, while still on a journey to truly find who I am, while not completely understanding the true essence of who I really am, would like to ponder into the status quos and make an attempt at introducing myself in a meaningful manner.

By profession, I am a Software Engineer, not into tech enough but just about enough to scratch the edge and call myself a part of the pool of tech geeks.
By gender, I am a female and identify as a woman and my pronouns are she/her. I don't believe in any of the LGBTQ culture.
By Region, I am a Pakistani and a patriotic person living on this piece of land of Earth which I consider as my own place.
By Religion, I am a Muslim, which means Islam is my religion and I believe in the Oneness of God Allah.
Inconsistent yet the most occurring things
If we pounce on my hobbies for the sake of looking into the things I have spent my precious time doing so far in my life, they include watching anime, including some shows and movies, talking to all that about my friends, occasionally journaling, canvas painting, baking, and reading books or studying Islam. Most of the time I am coding as a form of earning money, writing as a leisure sport, or sleeping.
Hibernation Mode
I shall mention that Sleeping is my biggest hobby, to me everything is sleep, and I have spent more hours sleeping than I have on all of my hobbies combined. Sleep is intriguing because it helps you go back to nothingness and avoid anything and everything, As an overthinker and over feeler I have found my remedy within sleep. Hence if you find me inactive, it would be no surprise as it is not less likely at all that one would find me in some corner, hibernating.
My Dearest
I really love my car which I bought recently, its a Charade 86 Model and It just may be the most dearest thing to me. but its left behind in another city and hoping to reunite with my baby soon. P.S The picture is an old one where she's all dusty but this is the last time I saw her so trying to keep the looks original.
My Canvas Visuals

My fav Teddy
My favorite buddy used to be my cat Oreo till we gave her away because of my Mom's allergies, she was truly a catto and my emotional support companion.
After her I only kept Lemmy, the lemur teddy bear of mine.
My Fav Game
I know, I know, There is no way one can have a favorite game and it was so hard for me to be biased, but yeah at the end of the day I did find a game that I ended up thinking about way too often, which stuck in my head and reminded of a beauty in the post apocalyptic setting, that I never knew I would find. Its called 'The Last of Us'. It is truly a masterpiece and THE most amazing game I ever played, enjoying each arc and moment. The soundtracks, the Characters and their relations, the setting, the plot, the progression, All of it was just amazing and I can't think of any improvements they could've made because the game was beautiful as is. To all the people out there, if you haven't, you MUST experience this game, or for sure you are missing out.
But yeah in general , I enjoy gaming alot and without being able to play games, I feel starved lately.
My comfort show
Whatever you rewatch in order to feel those feelings again, something that undoubtedly will make you feel better when your down and give you the same kinds of feelings every time, yeah for me that show is a Korean drama called 'My Liberation Notes'. and the anime is called 'tonari no kaibutsu kun' or My Little monster.
Everyone has their own likes and dislikes but these are my likes, and they're subject to my personal flavors only.
My Happy Penguin Moments
I'm a very simple person and Indoor chill is the most euphoria I've got from my life, snacking, getting comfy in bed, drinking coke, watching movies or shows or just being in the moment, present, is my way of chill. I enjoy my peace. I enjoy when I get my crochet order, I enjoy when I sit down to paint, I enjoy when I look at delicious food, I enjoy when I game, I enjoy when I sit down to write my thoughts on paper. These are all my Happy Penguin moments which make me feel sparkly and light and dilly dally like a penguin.
Being A HIVER
I heard about hive from @dlmmqb and I was more than willing to jump into the platform and start blogging to initiate my online presence and share my content and povs with the world. He was also my FYP partner and we worked on a very interesting project on Hive Blockchain, which consisted of Pizza Tokens being exchanged, hence a Pizza Lottery. You can definitely read more about it in his post HERE mentioning our FYP too. It was such a fun experience working on Hive blockchain and this project, all thanks to @spiritsurge for his guidance, me and @dlmmqb were able to pull the FYP off splendidly with his superb marketing and communication and my development and polishing the project, we got a marvelous score and really good feedback from the TAs as well.
The project is still far from perfection though and as we did not make our website live, we hope to update the repository, refactor and complete and maybe even make the project live one day, it is one of our future prospects.
I look forward to being a Hive developer in the future, and will most likely collaborate and work on more projects as well. I look forward to learning and working with the Hive developers community eagerly.
Interacting anonymously
I look forward to having new and meaningful interactions here, Though I am content with my three friends I already have and not looking to increase my circle, but healthy socialization is always welcome. I hope that you all find entertainment and some form of peace and most of all, relatability in my content as I continue to post on hive. I will still keep on the veil of anonymity which I can thanks to this internet and digital media posting but I still look forward to knowing people in an indirect way.
