Hi all!
I hope you are doing well, here is my cake that I made for gourmet lovers...
It is a base of biscuit cake with the mascarpone cream...
Here is the recipe for the sweet tooth!
For the dough:
300 grams flour
200 grams cold butter
50 grams powder sugar
25 grams sugar
1 egg
Vanilla
A little bit salt
In a bowl blend together flour, butter, all the sugar and salt.
When its become crumble add the egg and vanilla.
Chill in the fridge 1 hour.
Flatten the dough on a baking paper and let chill in fridge 30 minutes.
Cut the heart/number and baking , 180c , 20 minutes or until its golden.
For the mascarpone cream:
500 grams mascarpone
500 ml cream ( whipping cream)
200 grams powder sugar
Vanilla
Whisk together mascarpone, whipping cream, powder sugar and vanilla until its blended and strong.
