Who am I and why do I have a passion for cooking ?

I am and always will be a professional Chef, not a celebrity chef. I do not endorse any of these celebrity cooking programmes you may have seen on T.V. as most of them are unrealistic and you not going to learn a great deal about learning to cook in the real world.

So I have created an Online community called Cowbridge Kitchen, where you can learn from me the reality of professional cooking and how to do things in the real world. I have been a Chef for over 30 years and I just want to teach people that cooking is simple and fun if you know a few basic techniques and methods.
