Good Evening Friends!
Having spent some good time learning about Steemit and how it is revolutionising the nature of social media, I feel it is the place that I’m deeply excited about being involved with. Even just reading the introductions has been inspiring and my only hope is that I can match the level of thought and energy that is demonstrated!
My wife and I live and work in London. We find it a hard place to live, yet also exhilarating and fascinating, but our cross-cultural background (she is Swiss, I am British-South African) stands us in good stead to understand the nuances and subtleties of living in this great city.
Nevertheless, I am fascinated by the intersection between culture and business, creativity and innovation. More specifically, where leadership culture affects financial outcomes. It is these relational grey-areas, these unquantifiable drivers and leadership nuances that intrigue me. I hope to communicate some of my learnings and observations here on Steemit so as to benefit anyone who reads what I offer, in order that the environment in which you exist becomes a more integrity driven and generous space to exist.
This is just the start of the adventure as I set out to make my thoughts more accessible, so welcome! Further down the line I hope to create short videos and articles focussed on leadership and culture-creation. Finally, any insight into this conversation, from whatever context you come from, is so welcome because I am committed to learning from whatever I can!
