I'm kseeful. I'm a geochemistry master's student mostly just getting my bearings, but currently looking at silicification (how much glass they grow for their shells) in diatoms (a type of phytoplankton) off the coast of California.
I got into bitcoin out of curiosity (or, um, nefarious purposes) back in 2011, in college, but didn't hold onto it because I'm a great big dummy. When I saw bitcoin do its thing back in 2013, I was kicking myself and scooped up some other crypto in response. Nothing's really panned out because I never really had any money to invest in the first place, but it became less important to me once I began actually learning about the blockchain and its importance in reorganizing how we deal with data. I'm really just hoping that I can get acquainted in a way that puts me ahead of the curve in becoming a part of this world.
Still not entirely familiar with steemit and how it works, but working on it...
