Hello people of the Steemit community!
My name is Lucas and I am a manufacturing engineer working for a German glass company named SCHOTT. I am currently working in Germany, but I will be returning to the USA in October.
I was born on the island of Mallorca in Spain and moved to the US at 17 years of age. I am fortunate enough to speak English, Spanish and German fluently!
Some of my hobbies include slack-lining and hiking. There is nothing like being able to simultaneously free your mind and exercise in the company of nature. When I go hiking in the future, I will be sure to share my experiences and some pictures of the journey! I also really enjoy traveling. One day, I hope to sail the world! I want to see absolutely everything.
I keep myself up-to-date in the world of fitness and nutrition because I have a relatively new-found love for myself. I want to stay as healthy as I possibly can so that I can live and enjoy my life for as long as possible. The majority of my knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition comes from the latest scientific articles and podcasts/YouTube videos. I am always fascinated with new discoveries, especially those that can help me increase and maintain my health. I would love to share what I know with you!
I have been spending the majority of my free time learning about investing. I have been learning about real estate, precious metals, and cryptocurrencies, which has led me to discover Steemit! I have learned about passive income and I am on my journey to financial freedom. I will be happy to teach people what has worked out for me and why. It's all about the journey, not the destination!
