I made the cut!!

Yay! I made the cut! I have been accepted into the exclusive club that is SteemIt.

Actually, I think the only requirement is that you're human. So, okay, maybe it's not so exclusive. But, I'm super excited to be here all the same.

I assure you, I am far more interested in reading about and learning from all of you than you are of me. Nonetheless, a little about me...My name is Alyssa. I'm a 30-something year old from Wisconsin, a wife and stay-at-home mom. We have one cat and one dog. I could carry on with more dull details about myself, but that is my life in a nutshell. Admittedly, my life isn't overly exciting. I'm okay with that, though—I LOVE my life.

My two current passions are Torah—I am so honored to be able to serve the creator the way he wants us to; and homeschooling—I am so grateful for the opportunity to train up my son in the way that he should go.

I am looking forward to reading, responding to, and learning from posts on a vast array of topics. So, without further ado, my journey begins...
