I guess my experience with the discovery of Steemit is different than most people here.
One week ago while I was in YouTube I have found that there is decentralized video sharing platform called DTube. I said well, let's try this thing. The problem was that between me and the DTube registration there was something called Steemit.
While I was waiting for my account to be activated. I started researching about Steemit and I was blown away.
Now I read as much as possible. I find the idea of a decentralized social network backed by cryptocurrency just genius. I plan to learn and participate in Steemit.
