She writes, "It is a time of revelation for us all, the revelation of a new age of wondrous possibility, the revelation of new ways that we can harmoniously co-exist plus the heartfelt revelation of the truth about ourselves which is sometimes much harder to do, especially for the bringers of change whose presence is often unsettling to many."
One of Jasmuheen's most profound early influences was reading the book, "Autobiography of a Yogi" - Paramahansa Yogananda.
"The gentle and kind-spirited Yogananda was destined to do many wonderful things,and brought eastern Indian spiritual teachings to the western world. Led by saints and prophets, he eventually takes on that status himself and develops a following that still exists today, as the Self-Realization Fellowship, which is now established globally."
Jasmuheen has always been aware of a more expansive connection right from her early childhood..
At the age of 16 she learning meditation a process she has continued and researched ever since.
In 1993 came into contact with the 21 day breatharian process, and a community of like minded people living, on Prana in Byron Bay, Australia, who had bought through a very particular ascension process.
One of the byproducts of this was that the people involved no longer needed to partake of food.
Jasmuheen was drawn to this teaching and undertook the process and found she also no longer needed physical food as she tapped into and refined her energies.
What she found was it changed her life in many ways, it was quite shocking, many people who didn't understand this, felt threatened and disbelieving and over time, that disbelief and fear from others of this lifestyle has provided considerable resistance to her message.
However she has continued providing guidance and leadership to others, and support for what she provides has grown hugely, especially in communities that are more open minded.
While Jasmuheen appreciated the wisdom, she also saw a need to provide a guidance and wrote her first book "Living on Light".

Jasmuheen says, Everything the doctor or Scientist says about human nutrition is true, WHEN your brain wave patterns are anchored in a BETA frequency brainwave pattern .. HOWEVER when you raise your frequencies through a spiritual lifestyle of prayer, of meditation, of service, ... this changes the brainwave pattern from beta to alpha to theta and you can start to reveal the amazing human capabilities in the human system ... you have access to many other abilities.
