I was born in a beautiful city called Kuantan. Kuantan is a municipality and the state capital of Pahang,Malaysia. It is located near the mouth of the Kuantan River and faces the South China Sea. Kuantan is famous for beach and local foods. Malays, Chinese, Indians and many other ethnic groups have lived together in Malaysia for generations. All these cultures have influenced each other, creating a truly Malaysian culture.
Kuantan is the largest city on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. There are a number of places in and around Kuantan that are worth visiting.

One of the major attractions in Kuantan. Teluk Cempedak Beach, also called TC, is a must visit spot if you come to Kuantan. TC beach is facing South China Sea. On monsoon season, you can feel very strong wind.Notice the huge stones which creates a splashing sound as the waves move towards them.
