Here it is, my very first blog post on steemit. I joined two days ago, but I'm a little overwhelmed on where to start, so I'm kinda winging it.
Remember The Most Interesting Man in the World? I'm sorta like him, only less interesting and also a woman. I don't always drink beer, but when I do--well, it's because I've been tied up and someone is pouring into a tube shoved down my throat because beer is yuck (feel free to disagree! Ha).
But I think I AM interesting. I'm a farmer (sheep, specifically). I'm wife to a fab husband and stay-at-home mother to three equally fab kids. I built my own house (hubby helped whenever he wasn't at work); plumbed it, wired it, tiled it, you name it, I did it. I'm a musician. A singer. I paint and draw when time allows. I shear sheep (that is, give them their annual haircut). I cook. I bake. I write epic fantasy. I play tabletop rpg's. I'm a total nerd. I knit. I'm working on becoming a self-sufficient prepper. I could do this all day. Night. Whatever.
Anyways, my point is, I'm going to be blogging about a lot of interesting stuff that falls within my direct daily experiences. You might come feed my sheep with me one day, speculate on who Rey really is the next, and learn how to prune a fruit tree the day after that. I mean, unless you already know how to prune a fruit tree. In which case you can just, you know, stand in solidarity with me. Pruners unite!
