Introduction:
Salutations Steemians,
My name is Tyler AKA The Philosophizer! Thanks to my good friend @rodeo670, and his incessant legacy social media posts about Steemit, I have decided to take the plunge and begin my travels into the new world of blockchain and content creation.
I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, the only child of two amazingly caring and nurturing parents. Very recently (Nov. 3rd), I was married to the love of my life, Jacque.
We just returned from our honeymoon in Belize, which was absolutely stunning, sans the awful sunburn!
OUCH!
Growing up I was very athletic and enjoyed many sporting activities including baseball, soccer, basketball, and motocross to name a few. In school I excelled in English and history, taking home 1st place in Los Angeles County's History Day writing competition for my paper titled Henry Ford and the Automobile Revolution in America. To this day I am still fascinated by all things historical, which brings me to...
My Steemit Plan:
I intend to use Steemit as a platform to document my travels to various historical points of interest, provide valuable historical insights, and introduce my followers to Libertarian/Voluntarist philosophy via my own original content and thoughtful curation of content created by my fellow Steemians. My first series will document my travels through the ancient Mayan cities of Xunantunich and Caracol in Belize, as well as Tikal in Guatemala. I have about 120 gigs of video (GoPro Hero 6) and over 1000 photos (Nikon CoolPix P900) to edit and construct into informative presentations for you all, so any tips, tricks, pointers, and software suggestions will be highly valued in the comments below! I am truly looking forward to this opportunity to share my life's joys with you and to learn as much as I can from yours.
See you on the road less traveled,
Tyler
