Glad to see so many different platforms opening up as alternatives from the usual social media platforms. We think it is a good push towards a new way of using social media with the incentive of having to earn crypto-currency just by doing what you would normally do on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc 🐥
Here are a few list of different apps that use the Steemit Blockchain that i have started to use! If you have not checked it out, get to it 🚐
Dtube : Alternative to Youtube, however i found that the loading / video player still needs improvement where i am having problems loading videos that are long but with time i think it would get better:)
Dsound : Alternative to Soundcloud, a platform for artist/producers/DJs to upload their music while having the incentive of earning crypto-currency! So far the only suggestion i could provide is maybe to fix the upload image thumbnail to make it more flexible and movable. Other than that it is so similar to Soundcloud really!
Dlive: Alternative to Facebooklive, Youtubelive, Instagramlive etc. Still yet to test out the live function. :)
Here on Steepshot, we would be looking at sharing some music and pictures that inspire us along with some original material, similar to our Steemit acct! We were also introduced by @firepower to the phone app idea for Steepshot with one of his post HERE , i will definitely be looking to that as it is much easier to post vids n pics! So if you have not get cracking on the phone app! get to downloading it!
