COPYTRACK ICO REVIEW
Blockchain technology and Crypto assets has been said to hold the keys to the future, Blockchain technology has continued to evolve over time, it has moved on from the traditional peer to peer exchange of value and payments “as with Bitcoin” to the development of smart contracts applicable to solving real life problems thus expanding the horizon for individual entities and businesses.
Investing in Cryptocurrencies and decentralized platforms is a great way to join this technological innovation but as an investor it often isn’t easy to find a great project with a long term view.
After much research I have stumbled upon a project which I think poses answers to a present real life problem of copyright violations and provides an innovative solution to solve this problem in a decentralized manner.

Copytrack is a platform that aims to create a “decentralized” global copyright register which will allow the creators of digital contents photographs to register their ownership on the Blockchain and also for users to identify the creators of these digital contents and purchase appropriate licenses.

The problem:
The management of digital contents and intellectual property on the internet poses a great challenge for publishers, photographers and image agencies.
- Rights-holders have few or no methods to prove ownership of original content and derivative work (often due to inadequate tools to track the usage of their copyrighted images and identify violations)
- Users also often misunderstand the usage of digital images online and the corresponding licensing options, and they tend to download and use images without having the consent of the owner
Both users and rights-holders struggle with facilitating seamless and timely settlement of payments.
The Innovative Solution:
COPYTRACK creates a global decentralized copyright register for digital content, which authenticates users and links digital intellectual property. This registry will generate a unique ecosystem for rights-holders, thereby providing new e-client marketplaces. With its cutting edge technology and processes, it is well-suited to globally address the key challenges in the industry and will be open to the public.
The Copytrack.io ecosystem enables rights-holders to register and operate their accounts where they can track and make money out of their work without involving middlemen or mediators to help them in managing their work.
How does it work?
The Copytrack platform consists of 5 layers and begins with creating an account, followed by the upload of images, proof of authorship and ends with the artist exercising full copyright control. After creating an account, an artist will upload an image.
Copytrack will then perform an audit on the authenticity of the authorship and if successful provide a Blockchain-based certificate to prove ownership. From here on out, the artist maintains complete copyright control.

Why Copytrack? (Why would I invest in this project?)
For personal evaluation of ICOs, I reference four major aspects of any project namely; the project, the team, the road map and the ICO structure.
The Project:
The technology has explained above is both revolutionary and achievable; it has been long due and may seem technical but with the track record of this company I am confident they will be able to deliver that which has been promised. Copytrack is a Blockchain breakthrough.
The Team:
COPYTRACK is an established company and is already one of the leading platforms that offer a number of services for image search and copyright enforcement all over the world.
The Chief executive officer Marcus Schmitt is a serial entrepreneur and executive manager with more than 20 years of experience in founding scaling and management of startups, SMEs and enterprises. Marcus spent three years as Vice President for the EU market at an international consultancy, and many years as a consultant for internationalization. He is an experienced professional and his records are available publicly for reference purpose.
Reviewing the team has given the much needed insight into the expertise of the team members. The team consists of competent group of professionals who have a proven track record of success in their respective fields which can be verified on their various LinkedIn profiles.
The Road Map:
The Road map shows this is a company that has been founded in 2015 and already has its services in over 140 different countries. The launch of the Automatic Settlement Portal was launched in October 2017and the launch for the Global COPYTRACK Register is slated for Q2 2018 and the launch of the COPYTRACK Market is further slated for Q2 2019.
This team has fulfilled the set milestones so far and I believe they are capable of meeting the other milestones on the road map

Conclusion:
From my personal evaluation, the rating for Copytrack ICO is a very high one and by my standards, it represents an awesome ICO.
This is a project I am bullish about and I can see it conveniently making good returns in a few months, in terms of value and I am certainly going to HODL the tokens for a long time for higher rewards, and I am also looking forward to its full implementation.
