Hello, I am Matías Vazquez.
I have been in search of an outlet that would support my passion for creating Animation/Digital Art, and it looks like Hive/3speak could be it! I heard of it through @maxigan who has his 3speak channel which I follow and appreciate very much.
I see the world branching off into two possible futures for humanity: one is a dystopic, top-down, bio-security, totalitarian technocracy, and the other one is the future that the people who want to be free need to build. I chose to live in the latter, thank you very much...
I'll be moving into my new home in a couple of months, after being in limbo since 2020 - when the lock-downs caught me living in an SUV while volunteering through WWOOF (helping homesteaders) around my country, Argentina. I had done a 15-day Permaculture course that opened my mind and I was in the process of leaving the city (Buenos Aires) in search of a place or an alternative community when the lock-downs cut my searching short. I decided to buy a small lot here in San Martin de Los Andes, which indeed is a beautiful place... My cabin is almost ready. 👍
Looking forward to growing a garden, perhaps some chickens, hook up with neighbors, and keep making animations while catching up to our crazy world.
