A $10,000,000 Global Marketing and Promotions Company
I am sure that this Blog will take a few readers by surprise and I have no doubts that there will be a few that will challenge the message I am trying to get across, but from where I am sat, should the #Promo-Steem tag continue to show the jaw dropping growth we have witnessed in the last 3 months I stick by my prediction.
For the ones that are unaware of #Promo-Steem, it is now a globally recognised tag for the Marketing and Promoting of the #Steemit Platform and the #Steem Blockchain.
From its launch back in July of last year, it didn't take long for #Promo-Steem to pick-up speed.
It took approximately 3-4 months for #Promo-Steem to finally take off and was around early December of last year when the tag was finally adopted by the Community, capturing the bulk of the Marketing and Promotional Activities.
It has been an absolute pleasure to watch #Promo-Steem grow to what it is today and considering we are merely 3 months from when it finally took-off, I cannot thank you all around the World for supporting the initiative.
Over +208,000 SBD Paid Out
With now over 208,000 SBD that has so far been paid out on the #Promo-Steem tag, I thought I would share with you what I see in-front of me.
I am sure that most people will just see #Promo-Steem as another tag like any other: life, photography, art, travel, writing, story, food, nature etc, but what if #Promo-Steem was a business..??

Revenue Generated in 3 Months
Over the last 3 months the bulk of the 208,000 SBD has been paid to those Bloggers sharing their outstanding work to the #Promo-Steem tag.
If you take an average of ~$5.75 per SBD that would equate to approximately ...
208,000 SBD x $5.75 = $1,196,000..!!
$1,196,000 in 3 Months
Since taking off in December 2017, #Promo-Steem has paid out approximately $1,196,000 and that is just in ~3 months.
If this level of pay-out was maintained, that would equate to just under $5,000,000 / annually.
Should #Promo-Steem have operated like any other business, by taking an educated guess and extracting a 80/20 Revenue to Net Profit this would leave an estimated Annual Net Profit of around...

Based on this simple calculation of an estimated $1,000,000 Net Profit, should #Promo-Steem be looked on as any other business and was able to maintain the growth witnessed in the last 3 months into the foreseeable future, then putting a price tag on #Promo-Steem of $10,000,000 would be cheap.
