Geobox is legit. and here is an article stating what it is,
Now few sources I checked on, this is being sold on dark web, but there is one on ebay that is fake.
With proxies, depending on the IT or Network Administration overlooking your schools network, they may or may not know when you use proxy, back in college when Facebook first came out, that how far back I'm talking, some of my collegues used proxies for this and that, each time it was logged to our ID. This was on a college level.
There are few articles out there on detection for then, so most IT/Admins who monitor that stuff already know what to look for if software does not adjust detect it.
If you're using a school-issued device, they may have installed monitoring software that can track your activities regardless of the network you're connected to. "
What typically will happen is, they will log everything, may not tell you at first as they build a case, after that one problem after another happens.
By the way not sure already know with TOR, they may not see what you see, but if they know how to track the "TOR-Exit-Node", then they will know you are using it especially if using school equipment.
Just know you can block those exit nodes from communicating with your network.
Now with what make sure you use a VPN when accessing TOR, I can personally state if you don't use a VPN, and you go on there not only does government have log of you using TOR, but all agencies have log, they will mark you as a risk.
I know some may purchase it, but I'm sure those who purchase are being monitored. Since it's been posted in many cybersecurity articles.
