Lenders can get IPSX tokens or fiat currency.
If you are a user, you will be able to get more security because you will have a vast array of IPs that you can use. The price will be regulated by offer and demand, meaning that if many people are offering IPs, you will have to pay less for them. You will have to pay with IPSX tokens for this service. You can decide for how long you are going to use the new IP and this will affect its price.
You can use this service in tablets or smartphones, but apparently not on desktop computers yet. The company has made its API public, so you can integrate it to use the service as you wish.
