Steve Wozniak as co-founder of EQUI Global will add significant value by identifying potential tech-companies worth the investment. These potential companies or individuals will then be connected to the firm’s board of serial entrepreneurs. Woz said that he gets tons of ideas pitched every day and refuses them almost all the time. But he added saying,
Since I co-founded Apple with Steve Jobs, this is about the second time in twenty years that I actually said yes. If I want to be a part of this. It has to be something I really believe in and I really believe in EQUI.
The key aspect to EQUI fund is that investors can buy into the fund. Then trade out due to the liquidity created by EquiToken built on Ethereum platform. This could be a game changer for EQUI fund and many others could follow in their steps.
It also notes that 80 percent of investments by EQUI fund will be in tech companies. However, the rest will go towards real estate and investment collectibles.
“We’ve already got over 20 businesses that we are looking at and we haven’t even officially launched yet. It’s going to be very exciting,” explained Wozniak.
