Customers have complained that such an error occurred on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices running iOS 11.3 or later. Apple acknowledged the matter, found out in a leaked document that Apple's Macbermares site has found.
According to the Technology Site Verge Report, it appears to be apparently the only problem with the iPhone 7 and 7 plus devices of iOS 11.3 or later.
In the past few months, some customers complained about this error in the microphone and on Twitter. The leaked documents are sent to the 'Apple Authenticated Services Provider' network. Apple confirmed that they know about the problem.
As a possible solution, Apple has suggested to first shut down the Bluetooth device or other accessory associated with the iPhone. If it does not work, you have to run audio diagnostics, to show that the device should be reset. Here's the warning that the iPhone will be rectified if it receives messages such as "Do not support accessory" or "device can not detect dock". But it is actually software error or hardware, it is not clearly explained in the leaked document.
Apple has promised to fix devices without asking any questions, even if there is a warranty of iPhone 7 and 7 plus devices that have a microphone error. But the devices are not confirmed to be free.
