Hello, today I would like to talk about Jade. For instance, how to know your Jade is real, or what different cultures think about Jade. Some people say that keeping a Jade on your heart keeps you calm and in peace and some of you know that Jade is popular in China. There are also lots of jade stores there, but some of them might be fake. They charge you lots of money, so I would like to tell you how to know if your Jade is actually real. I might not know everything, but I will tell you what I know.
My name Jade is of Spanish origin, meaning "stone of the side". Cool like the precious green stone, Jade is said to transmit wisdom, clarity, justice, courage, and modesty.
So, how to know if your Jade is real:
If you have any Jade in your house, here's something you can test it with: Try to bang it on something not too hard of course and it is supposed to have a very high sound if it does it might be real. Another way to check it is if you have a blue light like an LED, put it right on top of it and see if the blue still shows. if it does, probably not.
How to know what the Jade means:
Some people carve and shape Jade for a living, but I heard that some shapes have a meaning. Some Jade is carved as a doughnut shape and it means Heaven. If you have one like that, they say that you could go to Heaven!
Here's another one they say has a meaning. If you have a Jade carved as a dragon, it means you will always have peace and health.
Jade is a very strong rock. Usually Jade is green, but it can also be in different colors. I heard Jade might sometimes be purple. There are definitely different types of Jade. I heard of one called "Jadeite". I don't know all of them, but that is one and I know Jadeite can be purple too.
