I got way into Steem in 2017 and 2018 becoming one of the top witnesses and biggest promoters of the platform because we collectively really need decentralized social media. In June 2018, I discovered that the Steemit Inc development team didn't believe in their own product and the price was going to crash soon given all the Steem they were selling. I sold out and warned everyone of what was to come before the Steemit Inc team sold to Tron and the price crashed as low as $0.10 from $4.
Since then I have been keeping an eye on Hive and as far as I can tell, this is the top decentralized social media platform. If I'm wrong about that, I would love to know what is! After spending most of 2018 to 2022 as a full time gamer and streamer, I recently got demonetized on Facebook because, according to them, me changing my race from white to black is "hate speech" which has reminded me of how important decentralized social media is.
I've been looking into the best cryptocurrency for me to get involved with and am seeing that Hive might be it if you are interested in having me focus here again and grow the community via sharing to my millions of followers online on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, etc.
Unlike last time I jumped in, I intend to first check with the community before buying thousands of dollars of Hive and, if you are interested in working me me, to make this a long term commitment through the ups and downs of the platform. If you would like me to start promoting Hive again, I am available to start slowly now and work towards making a proposal while bringing in tens of thousands of new users over the next year or two.
