What is JioLink ?
The JioLink is generally an outdoor 4G LTE modem and it is waterproof and helps to improve coverage in crowded areas and will mainly work on the 2300Mhz 4G band or Band 40 which is known to offer faster speeds on Jio.
This device could be mounted on a pole with the clamp very similar to what some broadband providers like Tikona do currently or mounted on a wall in a terrace with the help of the wall mount which is expected to be supplied with the device.
JioLink is not launch officially but it is available in some areas for testing. A recent report on Telecom Talk said the price is about Rs 2,500 for JioLink.

JioLink Rs 699:
The first plan price is Rs 699 with 28 days validity, where users get 140GB data, and daily limit of 5GB. Once, the 5GB limit is speed will be throttled to 64Kbps. Under the double dhamaka offer, users will get 16GB extra data, making a total of 156GB data, which means users will get 500MB additional data per day.
JioLink Rs 2,099:
The second plan price is Rs 2,099, and it also comes with 5GB daily data. However, the validity here is 98 days, means users get a 490GB data through the validity. What s more, Jio is also offering 48GB additional data, making a total of 538GB, which is 500MB extra per day. Once the daily limit is hit, users can continue browsing at reduced speed of 64Kbps.
JioLink Rs 4,199:
The last plan price is Rs 4,199 and it also gives 5GB daily data with validity of 196 days. This means users will get 980GB data through the validity. Additionally, Jio is also offering 96GB additional data, making a total of 1,076GB through the validity period.
All these plans comes with complimentary subscription to Jio Apps.
However these plans doesn't include any voice and SMS benefit.
