Jammu and Kashmir is controlled by India. This happened in J & K in Kashmir. Asifa Banu, an eight-year-old child, has become overwhelmed by the gang rape and killing of the whole India. Highways, street and social media are being criticized everywhere.
Former Indian bureaucrats said, "This is the biggest dark chapter behind the country's independence." Former Indian IAS and IPS officials said this in an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They criticized the Narendra Modi and his party BJP.
They wrote in the letter, our hope has been broken by Prime Minister, you are responsible for this.
Some parts of the open letter are-
"Last year we also expressed concern over the depletion of secular, democratic and liberal values that are protected in our constitution. We tried to unite other opposition voices in protest of the current ruling strategy that created the atmosphere of hatred, fear and atrocity. We still opened the mouth, still open the mouth.
We had hoped that you, as the one who took oath as an oath to protect the constitution, the government and the party you are headed will be stunned by this worrying depletion. In order to prevent the spread of this disease, by reassuring everyone, especially the minority and the weaker sections of the society, there is no fear of their life and independence. Our hope has been broken.
The government failed to fulfill the minimum duties assigned to the people. As a result, as a nation we are not able to be proud of the moral, spiritual and cultural heritage. In the name of Hindus, we have failed as a man for the sake of barbaric behavior.
Violence and brutality of rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl shows how much we have dropped down. Independence - This is the darkest chapter in North India. We are seeing - the reaction of the government, leaders and political parties in this is weak and insignificant. At the end of the dark tunnel standing at this juncture we are not seeing the light anywhere. Heads down in shame. Our shame increased further. Because the younger colleagues who are still in service, especially in the districts, who are legally obliged to protect the weak, have also failed to perform their duties. "
