Dear Kate Robinson (Court Manager),

STATEMENT OF TRUTH – 2 – 16-03-2022
a) I the living man, George Carter AKA London George, was informed by staff at the magistrates Courts Call Centre on March 2nd 2022, that there will be a trial 23/03/2022 for the breach of an alleged Order, issued by the court., where there is no court case number.
b) I have never been served, with any proceedings Issued by the Court.
c) This seems rather strange, as my written demand to the Court Manager, CPS and the Local Authority, for a copy of the information which was allegedly laid to issue the proceedings against me, yielded no results.
d) I was told on the record on March 1st 2022, by Court Manager Katherine Robinson, that there is no trace of any legitimate case against me, in the official court system.
e) Furthermore, the following people, all confessed to me, that they are not in possession, of any lawful Court Order, nor Warrant despite numerous false arrests and violence against us:-
- Stephen Clayman (Borough Commander)
- Fiona Alderman (Head of Legal at Redbridge)
- Kate McCrimmon (Barking and Dagenham Legal)
- On 21-09-2021, the CPS confirmed, that they have no record of any prosecution, Issued by the Court, in this matter.
- On October 13th 2021, PC Ayres P258301 , confirmed, that there was no evidence of any Order nor Warrants, Issued by the Court against me, to support allegations of breaching such an Order.
- The stand in Court Manager Kingshitt informed me on 27-10-2021, that there was no order, issued by the court, there is no Lay of Information, and no Case Management file. And affirmed, that the man who stated he was “Judge Johnson”, is not known to the court.
- A dozen purported cases have been allegedly dropped in the past year, where there was never any legitimate case in the first place, leaving clear evidence of discrimination, torture and violent abuse.
f) As there can be no proceedings, Issued by a court of law, to prevent a man from demanding information from parties, and gather evidence of a crime, it appears that the men and women attempting to block my enquiries, have something particularly subversive to cover, under the false pretence to the authority of the court.
g) As it happens, the key false witness repeatedly used against me, Greg Woods, is part of a proven violent pedo-sexual gang, falsely using the authority of the court to harass my vulnerable family, which include minors, to cover up their activities, some of which have been caught on my CCTV on my private land as per video link 
h) I require a copy, of the information which was laid, Issued by the court, and served on me, along with the evidence that I have been served,
i) Or in the alternative, issue an administrative Order in my favour, that the false proceedings be struck out, with costs and damages to be decided at a separate costs hearing, and the court’s Anti-Fraud and Assurance police be invoked forthwith.
I MAKE THE ABOVE STATEMENT BELEIVING IT TO BE TRUE, AND THAT IF I MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT, I SHALL BE COMMITTING THE ACT OF PERJURY. SAME APPLIES TO ALL THE PARTIES.
