In response to @karensue contest about what I will do with the delegation of sp,before I go into the details of what I will do with the delegation, I want to celebrate @karensue for reaching such a milestone. And thank you for having the mind of giving back to the community that has given you this much.
Starting out as a newbie on steemit is a task that requires dedication and consistency, thank you for enduring those difficult times to become what you are today.
Here is my entry
My main reason for joining steemit was to help fight, kill and bury poverty in my life, after steemit has helped me to accomplish this task, at least I can eat whatever I like with the help of steemit.
It has now become a burden for me to be seeing people all around me living in abject poverty,suffering and sickness. Having this in mind I started a project called random acts of kindness with my old account @emmakwisequote (I have lost password to that account now) but you can still check to see some of my posts for the project.
The main thing I do with that project is to search for people with unique needs and meet their needs in my own little way.
I want to continue with the project with this new account but in a better from. I want to see others doing this too so that we can have a community of people putting smiles to the faces of those that are suffering.
It won't be so easy to start such a big project with so little sp, I need to grow in power to be able to accomplish such a big task, so here is my plan for the sp
I want to start a contest, where people will be making post about the kindness they showed to people during the cause of the week, I will be upvoting all of their entries to encourage them to do more. Good voting power can drive more people to be involved.
Having good steem power can boost my earnings as well on the platform, and with the increment in my earning, I would be giving sbd out to those who are participating in the project,this is one of the ways to encourage them to do even more in the coming weeks
A month would surely be so little to accomplish this, but it can help to set the project on the good path which in turn can make it to have a long lasting effect.
If we can start something beautiful as this on this platform, it would help in achieving steemit objective of eradicating poverty among the populace, whether they are on steemit or not, people would be touched, and lives would be transformed.
