I was following Peter Attia MD's new blog but somehow I wasn't getting that he recently started a podcast. Thanks to @razvanelulmarin for bringing this to my attention.
So, in retrospect, this could be obvious. Peter is friends with Tim Ferriss, and with Jock Willink, and with Rhonda Patrick. In fact, they are all friends with one another. A few years back, Tim started his podcast, then Rhonda and Jocko. Now came the turn for Peter to do it. Let's see how it goes.
In this interview that he just posted a couple of hours ago he discusses with Rhonda Patrick on many subjects, most health related. Probably one that's most important is about the ketogenic diet.
Some time ago, Rhonda (a researcher) wasn't too excited about the ketogenic diet, but in light of getting her feet deeper into research and in light of many people's experience with it, she kindof turned around. Please listen to the 2+ hour long podcast if you want to know more about it.
