Introduction
“Perhaps the sentiments contained in the following pages, are not yet sufficiently
fashionable to procure them general favor; a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defence of custom. But tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason.” 6
The reasons for preparing this pamphlet are too numerous to list for the sake of spatial conservation, and indeed would create a series of books worthy of judicial scrutiny and review; but in the succeeding pages you will find material that bears weight to the necessity of informing the People of the current American progress in the “great experiment of self governance”. The goal of this pamphlet is to form a basis of cognizance, not only judicial, but also territorial, consensual, jurisdictional and historical cognizance of our current American affairs; and to gain a view from the perspective of one of the People of the united States of America, while providing insight to the nature of the various relationships that ensue from such an inheritance.
Customs, parties and various forms of superstition and pride has plagued our society with a most cruel and elusive form of tyranny; one that exists and is dominated within the thoughts and minds of the public and is distributed through the central channels of communication, inducing division and dissolution even amongst the closest of allies. If we were, as individuals, to base our daily beliefs, thoughts, words and affairs solely off of the societal trends of the current worldview, 7 there would be no stability as to rationality, and all would be subject to the whim of the alpha coordinator; but even nature itself bears witness to absolutes of this universe and to the need of protection from any foe that wishes to align themselves as such.
As the successors and inheritors of this Land, through the grace and will of the great Author of existence, we inherently possess over two millennia of absolute, unalterable principles and maxims, exercised through laws, decrees and legal dissents, which allot to us temporal protection to our indefeasible natural rights, and specific limitations to the authority granted to the powers which serve us in order to secure them. It is the foundation of this society as a whole that is now troubled and close to destruction at the hands not only of illicit, nefarious actors, but also by the consent of the uninformed. The ‘powers that be’ have boxed us into a corner of submission, but all we have to do is get off of our knees, stand up and walk out of their little house that we allowed them to build for themselves; to exercise our inherent right of association.
