Some of my colleague always asking Im a defference than to other team leader,Im so flattered becaused I do it a good manner to my team bcoz I m also a Technician before,I know what is the feeling being a Technician...sometimes very sensitives because he feels like a small people and uneducated.
I always teach my people how become a good man.I learned being good man in one people with the help of our creator.
