We are seeing an interesting dynamic play out and in a lot of respects I wasn't certain how pricing would be effected at different times for both $LEO and $LSTR
In my perception it was going to be like doing a $100K fund raise from HIVE essentially and once that would completed that capital was going to be used to buy $LEO so in my mind when that would be completed I was figuring that $LEO would pump hard if they plowed $100K worth of capital into $LEO when it has low liquidity and with that I feel very under exposed to $LEO but happy I realized weeks ago that I need to at least have a position here.
I didn't anticipate the huge pump in $LSTR at this time because I was thinking that we wouldn't really see the full benefit of that until September when the USDC rewards kick in. In my head I was thinking that once the Leo Strategy crew started earning the USDC rewards and using that to buy more LEO the underlying value of the holdings of $LSTR would keep going up.
These hungry lions evidently aren't waiting to have their timing exact they seem to be buying in. When does it become overvalued? It's really hard to speculate on that because we don't know how hard $LEO might pump so the underlying assets that $LSTR will ultimately own could be worth an insane amount. We just don't know.
It puts $LSTR valued at over $900,000 but we would expect it to be worth multiples of what the underlying asset is worth in some respects when we look at the way other stuff like this has been valued or the way income producing properties or businesses are valued. It's a mind bender for sure.
Exiting times and how many $LEO Maxis is this going to create? Hahahha...... I love these small ecosystem plays. Partially because if people weren't deep in the HIVE community they wouldn't know this was popping off at this given time. $LEO has already produced about a 5X for me.

My plan is to go deeper into this and pick up some $LSTR as well as we see this shake out over the course of a day or so.
