First steps
I haven't been registered here for long and I'm still trying to find my way around. I have written my first blog articles and have been very warmly welcomed. But slowly, frustration is starting to set in.
Recently, I started a new blog article, so far so good. But when I tried to insert a picture, it didn't work. No response, no indication or error message. 😕
I have somehow understood that you need some Hive, Hive Power, or Hive Backed Dollar to be able to be active here. I have already been rewarded for blog articles or comments, thank you very much for that. But my wallet still looks empty, as I haven't bought any Hive yet.
The article was saved as a draft, so I'll just try again later.
A few days later, I started a new article and suddenly, the insertion of images worked again. I finished the post and published it, everything went well.
Then I wanted to continue writing the draft article. Again, I tried to insert an image, unfortunately with the same result: zero, nothing, nada. It didn't work and there was still no indication or error message.
There must be some description or help for newcomers somewhere. So, I went searching. I found some articles, but I still haven't really figured it out.
I came across the Hive Learners community. There are some "pinned" articles in the blog, but they mostly seem to be about contests, not what I was actually looking for there.
The entry is not really easy, but I will stick with it for now. If anyone knows good articles for beginners, I would appreciate it if you could post a link in the comments. I can collect them so that the entry is a little easier for others.

A few days ago, it was at 40. Now I'm back down to 25. Why? I have no idea. I will eventually figure it out.
