This is my first post on the blockchain. Though I have traded coins and tokens for awhile, I've pondered what is going to be the next level blockchain that will ring in a new era of the internet. I look at the environmental disaster of Bitcoin, and the insane transaction fees of Ethereum, and I know those aren't going to be feasible...at least not in their current forks.
So, thousands of other shitcoins and whatnot, who will win? No idea, but...there seems to be some activity and utility here in the Hive. I still don't understand how it all works together. Binance, Leo, Cub, wallets, farms, NFT's, power up, power down... blah blah blah...but, I'll stumble around here and figure it out.
Anyway, a bit about myself. I am a filmmaker, actor, screenwriter, director and producer. Independent. Mostly little projects...but growing with each project.
Currently I am building a project that I call 6 Week Script. It will be a place where fast screenwriters will write, pitch and get their work sold. It will start with a 6 week feature length script writing challenge, and then go from there.
As for blockchain connection - I have even wondered about attaching movie scripts to NFT's that people could buy then create other elements of the project (as an associated NFT) - like the film, or trading cards, or graphic novels, or whatever, and a percentage of each sale goes back to the creator and owner of the previous NFT's in the chain. Anyway, weird idea...but I think the blockchain and NFT's have opened us up to new weird ways of thinking about blockchain.
