Paying with more than just BTC
The partnership is going to allow customers to pay with more than just BTC at the participating locations.
It will enable customers to buy Chipotle products online and in-store and be able to pay with cryptocurrencies like BTC and others.

There is already pressure from consumers for other corporations to also make the switch and start allowing customers to pay with digital currencies. For some of those companies, like Airbnb, it is the number one request from users.
To do the transaction the customers will need to download a Flexa-enabled app such as Gemini, or SPEDN.

As a celebration for the launch they've also got a 10% off promotion going now too for customers who pay with digital currency using a Flexa-enabled app.
Chipotle’s chief technology officer admitted that the company is constantly exploring innovation to improve on the experience for guests and now that includes giving them more payment options through Flexa with cryptocurrencies. They aren't the first company in the US to start accepting payments like this and they certainly won't be the last.

The new partnership is supposed to enable paying with cryptocurrencies at over 2,900 Chipotle locations.
Chiptole adds to a growing list of those businesses in the US and around the world who are interested in catering to consumers in adopting this new payment method.
