Numbers are good and knowing how to use them can be very important to our development. If you check most crypto projects anytime they want to develop or upgrade their project they use numbers to know where to improve and also when things are not going as planned they use these same numbers to identify the problems. Those that invest in Bitcoin early must be very good with numbers because they predicted the future with the demand and the supply.
The easiest form of applying for numbers before investing is to know a coin's total supply, current supply, utility, wallet holding the coin, and price. With this simple information, some people will tell you if a coin is overpriced or not, and most people that I have seen investing in shitcoin these are things they check, and even though it is a gamble sometimes this paid off.
The truth about this matter is that most people are not good with numbers, some people don't even know the importance of knowing these simple things about the project they are investing in but all that they believe is their instinct and they follow it till the end of time. How many people still read project white papers, sometimes we read and didn't even grab the full scope.
As for me I normally use numbers, read the whitepaper and most importantly follow my instinct and my instinct saves me from terra trouble. A combination of knowledge and instinct helps us with our decision because sometimes things will just look good but our feelings will just be against it and we will stay away from it and it will be the best decision of our lives.
People do things without knowing why, buying into things they don't understand and we have some people after knowing everything still choose to follow their instinct because that is their most trusted source.
How do you play your financial game is it through knowledge or just instinct?
