We all have things in life that drag us backward or stand as an obstacle in the path to success.
I'll start with myself; the one thing that if I changed my whole life will change is to quit smoking!
Smoking does severe health damage, steals your hard-earned money, makes you age faster, and keeps you away from fitness & training.
It stains your teeth, gives you bad breath and a bad smell, and controls your energy levels and attention spans.
I can go on for ten more paragraphs to explain how smoking ruins a smoker's life and also to make it clear that there can be one thing that if you changed, your whole life could change; for me, it's smoking, but what is it for you?
