One year since the last writing competition! But then.... one year later... the stars aligned for the biggest competition so far! This contest is about Across Protocol (ACX), interoperability and intents! Across simplifies the user experience with quick transfers and with minimal fees!

The cross-chain bridge is secured by UMA’s decentralized optimistic oracle, and allows users to transfer tokens between Ethereum mainnet and hot layer2 networks! This includes the Optimism chain, where Publish0x users can withdraw their assets. Join in fren and win $USDC and $ACX!

The prize pool for this contest is $1,500, consisting of $1,000 in $USDC rewards + $500 in $ACX rewards!

Topics that you can write about to participate in this contest center around Across Protocol. Here are some of the topic ideas to help you get started:

Intents-based interoperability. An intent is a type of order where a user specifies an outcome instead of an execution path. Intents can be single-chain, or cross-chain where the user's desired outcomes is on a different chain than input assets. Read more in the Across Docs
Across+ uses cross-chain bridge hooks to access users and capital from other chains, eliminating the need for multichain deployment. Across+ uses an order standard that specifies a cross-chain limit order plus protocol action(s) to execute on destination.
ERC-7683 or new integrations. ERC-7683 standardizes how these crosschain interactions are expressed as intents, enabling seamless connectivity between Ethereum mainnet, L2s, and sidechains. Read more about ERC7683!
