SO HERE ARE SOME COOL HACKS WHICH YOU SHOULD KNOW AND THESE ARE HELPFUL:
1:- When you do pull-ups, try to imagine yourself pulling your elbows down, not pulling your body up. It's a mental trick that can make them feel easier, because it forces you to use the muscles in your back more.

2:- If you have a blocked nose right now try this:
• exhale completely out of your mouth until your lungs are empty. Do not breathe back in yet.
• pinch your nose with thumb and forefinger. Don't breathe yet.
• tilt your head all the way back, and then all the way forward. Do not breathe in yet.
• repeat the head tilting exercise for as long as you can hold your breath. When you can't hold it anymore let go of your nose and breathe in a nice lungful. Your nose will be clear - at least for long enough to use some Nasal spray and clear it properly.
This is difficult but awesome! You look a total stupid and I've no idea how it works. But it does.
3:- Water should be the first thing you put into your body each day.
4:- If you ever forget something and just can't remember what it was, try redoing whatever it was you last did (walking into a room from a different room, look at a particular picture, listen to a particular song)
The visual cues will remind you of what you were thinking about at the time
As someone with terrible memory, I can say this works perfectly. If I forget something while walking through the house, I just re walk through those rooms and I always remember.
5:- A good way to get your friends to buy you drinks at a bar is to tell them you quit drinking.
6:- Rolling around and stretching on the floor for 5-10 minutes helps to relieve a huge amount of body aches/soreness for me. It really relaxes your body and loosens it up.
HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT ONE:
(i) If you stay underwater long enough, you can live the rest of your life there.
(ii) Cut off a leg to lose weight quickly - and the weight is likely to stay off too.
(iii) Just don't pay your student loans. Constantly defer, and then die. Boom! Student loan debt over.
