Every one – at some time –likes to enjoy a moment of privacy. We have a special place (a room, a tree, a chair, a hammock, a park bench, etc.) where we go when we need to get away from everything and everyone to be alone with our thoughts. There’s nothing wrong with needing some privacy. What do people usually do during those private moments? Well, they think, analyze, plan, meditate, evaluate, and make decisions.
How often do we need privacy? It depends on the person. How long is the private moment? That too depends on the person and on the seriousness of what he or she needs to solve. Some of the greatest discoveries and inventions we enjoy today came after a private moment. This may be a very effective strategy for you, too. One final advice: don´t overdo it!
