Many people fear the calm inside them. I'm afraid that won't know what to “do” at the time, because they taught that “to do” is one of the verbs, the most important. The word publicity is a “must have”. People search their whole life to achieve the dream to buy what you want, or have a certain relationship pairs, and forget that the deepest truth is not outside them in the material world, but inside, in the soul, and that the only verb that has a meaning of “to BE”.
In most cases, people start with “make” to “have” and “be” happy. In fact, the process should be exactly the opposite. Because feeling happy is an inner state, in any case, regardless of appearance. To “be”, thus becomes the important point of “existence” (to exist means to be). So you can “have” feelings of accomplishment, only after you have reached the state of happiness. And you can “do” something only if you really feel that it is your way, and it will help you become happy.
ESSENCE
There is nothing wrong, but to have something. But if it becomes the meaning of your life can be a challenge for the soul. Tolle says that when the mind is used to the destructive, ego takes over power and, thus, competition occurs, separation with others and the desire to live in the future.
