Do you love coffee.. Off course most of the people love coffee because of its aroma and taste also it makes us feel good. It's very rare to find one who doesn't have it once a day, Someone like hot servings someone cold. Personally I am a coffee addict, I love to drink that more than beer. It's mandatory for me to drink a cup of coffee with some snacks in every day evening. The habit from my childhood, my mother makes me addicted for coffee, say like that.
Why people are addicted for coffee? I has any health issue?
The main reason is the caffeine content itself. The studies says normally 100 gm of coffee contains a minimum of 30-40 gm of caffeine. If you are a regular coffee drinker, you'll feel headache when if you don't have it after your morning wake ups. Feel something unusual and depressive mind when we are not able to drink that if we are addicted stage.
Off course it has lots of health effects. Some of them are premature aging, blood pressure raise, headaches, it may increase anxiety and depression and also increased risk of heart attack.
Even we know every negative after affects of having coffee, we can't stop drinking that. That's the power of COFFEE..!!
