Decisions are made, one at a time.
Within each action there is intention. Whether you recognize it or not, you are creating your reality with each and every choice. You are creating your wave of reality and you CAN choose to make it within your power to manifest and create.
I believe in the power of Light. Any image I have in my mind of a higher power, there is light. Beautiful, strong, golden light. When I see an image of God, my higher power, I see Light.
When one worries and festers, it is that our mind is creating these images or feelings - fear, worry, regret, the unknown, the worst possible scenario. Just like allowing yourself to be exposed to movies filled with creating a sense of fear and harm, you are exposing yourself to this incessant image and attack. These kinds of incessant thoughts create an energy when you focus on them. When you see it in your head, you create it around you. As soon as you hear a sound in the woods, you think of harm and danger. If you lay and think that you are in a war, your body believes this. Your adrenaline pumps, your heart races, your fears become around you. Do not choose this, this does not do you favour. It depletes you, it sucks you further and further down into the rabbit hole of darkness where nothing matters.
I have made a conscious choice NOT to willingly expose myself to media or images that create a sense of fear within my body and mind. I have chosen to make choices to surround myself and those around me in Light. Within this image of light, I bless that person or situation with whatever gifts I think they will need - strength, courage, love, belonging, safety. Every time I think of that dark possibility of bad things, I immediately convert that into light and blessing.
ALWAYS AND THEN AGAIN
I believe and see that we do have a power to manifest experiences through our thoughts and intentions. It is both the conscious and unconscious drive that is moving us within our life. As we respond to our surroundings, our unintentional intention emerges and suddenly we find our self in the situation where your internally created plumb line is the one that you create and act out.
What is your default reaction to conflict ? Do you immediately attack or become defensive ? Do you sit back and observe, feel, think and plan before reacting ?
Claim the light.
Take back your power to align with the higher minded self by bringing back light and blessings. Even to those that you do not want in your life...send them light, blessings, send them on their way to find what waits for them. Bless them and you have let them go. They no longer take up space inside your mind when you release them back to themselves.
When you think of the people who you want to be safe, send them light and safety.
When you think of the people who are missing you and you feel guilty about not being there, send them protection and guidance. Send them love and courage. Bless them.
When you think of the stressful situation at work or home, send the people involved wishes/prayers/blessings for peace and resolution.
Send that very blessing then to your self as well. It is just as important you are filled with all of the same strength, courage, peacefulness and success.
I often recommend that people who have illness to be focused on their body as
WHOLE AND HEALTHY
Filled with light and strength, surrounded by your connection to your higher power.
