Are you someone that watches the news and MSM a lot and finds yourself getting "triggered"...
...over honestly a distraction or the way something was worded? If so, congratulations, you're like a majority of the population. The other day, Truthstream Media published a video which proved to be a good reminder of how a majority of people are easily "triggered" over something that was quite minuscule once looked at from all appropriate angles. Watch the video for yourself:
MSM seemed to make a "Winter Weather Advisory" with 1/10 of an inch of potential ice, a bigger deal than it was in reality. This couple went into their grocery store to find the shelves cleared! Melissa talked about how people seemed very frantic as the energy was high, and it was just very strange. She then went to look at the news in MSM and found the forecaster stating, "we are just waiting ducks, sitting ducks waiting for this to all happen" Isn't it odd enough that people would buy products and items that need to be stored in their refrigerator when there was a high chance the power could go out?...Never mind...

Let's back up a second, what is a "trigger?"
According to a BBC news article:
In the area of mental health, a trigger is something which causes instant distress in a vulnerable person. If you know what can trigger a bad reaction, you can try to avoid those triggers in the same way that someone with an allergy might take steps to avoid dogs.

This doesn't only occur within the news but also in other TV programs. According to the website Health.com, the shows are made a certain way for a reason! Health.com stated:
Dr. Lieberman says that it is not uncommon for television shows to trigger anxiety and depression in their viewers. In fact, TV producers almost count on this reaction from viewers to keep them tuning in. 'It may seem counterintuitive, since it doesn’t make sense that someone would want to keep watching a show that makes them feel anxious or depressed, but they are drawn like a moth to a flame,' explains Dr. Lieberman. 'When the show ends, they can feel reassured that they [the victims] survived and that the bad guys were punished.'
...As traumatic as these types of shows can be, Dr. Lieberman says that her research has shown that daily news broadcasts cause the most anxiety and depression, thanks to the heavy emphasis on violence and negative events.
While we all know that television programs are exaggerated for dramatic effect, today’s writers, directors, and actors do an eerily realistic job depicting traumatic events that resonate with audiences because they're derived from things actually going on in the world at the moment. Considering the breathtaking graphics, special effects, and dramatic displays of emotion on fictionalized shows these days, it's no wonder so many people feel like they're really there and experiencing what a character is going through.

Psychological Warfare, anyone?
I honestly STRONGLY dislike looking at the news every day, (in some cases I cannot look at it every day for my own health), but I do because it is part of my job to help warn people and tell them the truth. I honestly may see life through a different set of lenses than most people, but I don't know how anyone can sit in front of a television and continue to be programmed and not think twice about what they are watching. [I know some people are not like this, so if you get offended...maybe you should take some time to reflect a bit...] But hey, don't take my word for it...do your own research and reflect within yourself!

Again, why do you think they call it a "PROGRAM"...

If you're not so convinced, I HIGHLY recommend watching the video below!!!! It explains "How TV Works" including the news, "fake news" VNR's, and product placement.
Not everything is "bad" because it isn't so black and white. Nothing in this world is ever so simple. Within the programs, you will also find a lot of symbolism and hidden messages if you have trained yourself well, and that is where I find it interesting to try to find those messages.

Source
Too many times these symbols are pointed out but perhaps interpreted the wrong way. For example, the term "Illuminati" just means to be "enlightened" and it is not just a set group of people. Many people claim to be "Illuminati" or "enlightened" nowadays. That's a topic for another day...Sadly enough, they are not always the greatest of messages, it depends on the true meaning behind it. You should, however, always cross verify your information with other sources or eyewitness accounts.

Source
Do you think your reality has been altered or are you being continually "triggered?" At the end of the day, this is all just INFORMATION, and as I like to say, what you do with it is up to you! If you feel triggered by anything that you watch, maybe you need to take some time and reflect and ask yourself..."why am I feeling this way?" You may find that your emotions are being manipulated and you tend to react instead of act rationally. Step away from what triggers you to gain that level-headed perspective. Take time to meditate or any other way that will help center yourself. The truth is always out there, it is your job as an individual to find it! Food for thought.
