I wonder if that psychic possesses enough prophetic powers to see the disaster coming when the first serious snow storm hits and the snow melt water seeps into the building through the cracks between the roof and the wall exposed by the damaged gutter. I hope they do see this coming - and are working hard predicting fluctuations in the stock and crypto markets to raise enough cash to fix the issue.
