I was at Walmart today and laughed at the sign that I never happened to notice before.   And the sad thing is you know that for them to make up these signs and put them around that this has been an ongoing problem.   

People are literally piling their shopping carts full of rottweilers and pitbulls over here in Tucson and then ghost riding them down the isles.   It's rough out here!
