In life either die been recognized for something you did while you were alive or you die without any knowledge of you and your potentials.
What makes anyone recognize you is your work, what makes any leader promote you is your works, what makes any man come to favour you is your works.
Your works defines who you’re. I can tell you about you by the works of your hands. It’s a major life principle. No one can change it.
You can’t sit doing nothing and long to be recognized or long to prosper. It’s not done, you will rather perish on the seat all through your life.
When God created man, He made man in a structured manner with the ability to work, so man would continue His works on earth.
That’s why we have every ability no other creature has, no matter how other creature may be intelligent, we still have a good combination of several elements that will make us conquer at the end of the conquest.
The phrase Public or Perish, is a common statement in the academic environment, where you’re expected to maintain your career and status as well as move up the ladder, by continuous publications in journals or don’t publish at all and remain stagnant.
It will be frustrating to see a junior staff getting promotion faster than you’re because he’s publishing and you’re not.
Your journal publications are your works, that’s what makes you recognized and appreciated. If you do publish, you impact lives by teaching them what you’ve learnt and you will known for that.
If you don’t, you will impact no life, no life will appreciate your existence because it has no impact or effect in their lives.
Men invented several things to solve the problem of others, in the process, they have helped lives, and the lives will always remember them.

It has solved several challenges and help overcome several barriers faced in communication no matter the distance, you can still reach out.

#Poundo #Yam is a processed yam into flour to help in the challenges faced by people in pounding yam, just to eat pounded yam. The inventor also saw the challenge faced by Nigerians abroad who want to eat their indigenous meal, pounded yam, because they don’t get the opportunity to pound abroad, also, the exportation of yam was a challenge, because it mostly gets spoilt before getting there.

So with yam flour, called poundo yam, the challenges faced are overcomes, as no issues with spoilage as the flour mill has been treated to remain in good condition for a longer period of time, as well as no more stress of pounding to prepare pounded yam, you just boil water and stir, following the direction of preparation.

A one time President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is also been remembered for lives he impacted. Before he even became a president, he has been helping lives.
While he was in prison in the northern part of Nigeria, he saw the faced in the prison then as there was shortage of food, so demanded of an area of land where he planted beans while in prison and it was that beans the prisoners and the prison wardens fed on then.
That’s not all, at that time, pastors where not allowed into the prisons then, due to an incidence of planned escape with that scope, so he started pastoring the prisoners and by that, he converted a long time hardened criminal, a notorious armed rubber in the prison then, and the robber is now an evangelist.
#Lessons learnt form this;
•Your location is not an excuse of not doing anything, Chief Obasanjo started the farming while in prison.
•Don't see the impossibilities, see the possibilities. Your body works the way your mind thinks.
That’s not all, we all know of pure water (sachet water) and table water. This concept came from the fact that human will always demand for water anywhere and anytime and also with the challenge of getting clean and safe water, so the challenge was solved by coming out with treated and packaged water.
You don’t have an excuse for not been successful in life, because there are millions of problems unsolved. Humans will always be faced with a challenge which you can create a solution for and become successful.
Creating solution to peoples problems and challenges is your seed to recognition, success and greatness.
Will you still remain sitter in your current predicament and complain of government, of your parents, and of things around you?
Or you’ll wake up, arise and find solution to the challenge facing you and people around you.
You’re still unsuccessful because you’ve not solved a problem.
Nelson Mandela is remembered today even after his death, because of the several lives he has helped in his life time
Alexander Flemming is still remembered today, because of the miracle drug, Penicillin he discovered.
Everything you’re using today was someone’s invention and contribution to help lives. When will you also be a part of those that has contributed to helping and creating ease to man’s livelihood, by creating a solution in your small influence.
We’ve known hydro as a source of power, but with time man still faced challenges using it, some men came forth and saw another means of supplying power to man through

It’s time to wake
