It is the weekend and the perfect time to relax and reflect on the week. Take some time to think about how this past week went. What went well and what did not go to plan.
How did you do? Did you have a good week? Did you make the goals you set and did you take credit for it and get given credit?
If you did have a good week congratulations and I am sure you deserved it. You need to give yourself a pat on the back.
If your week did not go as planned, don't be discouraged. If you worked really hard it may not seem like it but you did progress. Sometimes it takes really hard work to get something moving, but once something starts moving, things get easier. So keep pushing and once it moves a little, things will move a lot.
Now for the coming week, use your weekend to energize yourself. Take some time and think through what you need to get done next week. This process actually helps you to be more successful, so take the time you need to work it all out in your head and then put it into action next week.
