So what means less is more? How it can be?
The core rule behind is the 80/20 rule that invented Pareto.
Lets take example,
Lets say you want to start to work out.
And you decide you need to work out 2 hours a day.
Probably, you will quit very quick, or not get the results you want.
What is the alternative?
instead of 2 hours workout, aim for 30 minutes one at the beginning.
by doing 30 minutes workout, in most cases you will be able to stick with it..
And you can't really go intense for 2 hours, so your 2 hours are less productive.
THus spending about 20% the time, you can get 80% of the results of the 2 hours workout, and probably even more!
